We guarantee that when you receive our award winning products, they will arrive in satisfactory condition, and of the highest quality provided we are given accurate shipping information. Stonie’s packages will not be forwarded by our shipping agents. Our guarantee is voided for orders in which we are given an incorrect address.

Product Substitution

Your order will be filled exactly as ordered whenever possible. However, if a shortage of a certain item does necessitate a substitution, we reserve the right to substitute in which case we guarantee an equal or greater value item.

How We Ship the Perfect Package

  • Stonie’s products are carefully packed in a container designed for it’s contents.
  • The product is held at the perfect temperature to maintain freshness prior to shipping.
  • We do all this to ensure delivery of the highest quality product possible. We pack all of our expertise into every package!

We require you to provide an accurate street address and zip code or PO Box if applicable. To expedite most orders, please provide a commercial location for the receiving party. All orders will ship via USPS or UPS. We ship products on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. In most instances, orders will be processed on the business day following the day your order has been placed. In the event that we are out of stock on some or all of your order, the order will be held until it can be shipped in full. This stands as long as there is a reasonable timeline for the product to be back in stock. If the product is not in stock within a reasonable time, Stonie’s reserves the right to substitute the item for an item of equal or greater value.
